Large Trucks / Vehicles w/
Trailers:
10:00am - 1:00 p.m.
(Day Before Show Starts)
* ALL Large Trucks / Trailers must be out BEFORE
2pm.
Smaller Trucks / Vans / Cars:
2:00 p.m. - 6:00 pm.
(Day Before Show Starts)
* ALL Vendors &
Vehicles must be out BY 7pm.
THERE IS
NO DRIVE IN ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE SHOW
Carry/Cart-In:
Dealers may carry or cart in merchandise starting at 2:00pm the DAY
BEFORE the show at 8:00 AM ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE SHOW.
All shows
open at 10:00 a.m. on the first day of the show.
CHRISTMAS SHOW LOAD-IN PROCEDURES
Wednesday: Noon-7pm
Large Trucks/Trailers: Indoor Staging Area or Outside Only.
Small Vehicles: Drive on to Show Floor or Load from Outside.
No small vehicles allowed in staging area.
~ No Vehicles drive in after 6:00 - Must be OUT by
7pm
Thursday: 9am-7pm
Large Trucks/Trailers: Indoor
Staging Area or Outside Only.
Small Vehicles: Drive
on to Show Floor or Load from Outside.
No small vehicles allowed in staging area.

Friday: 9am-10am
All Vehicles: Carry in
from OUTSIDE ONLY.
